Storybook characters that we can never forget about

There are many storybooks that we read in our childhood and many of us just fall in love with the characters but some of them end up staying in our hearts forever. Many of these have been made animated movies as well.  This article will remind you of your  favorite childhood storybook characters. Lets see how many characters you are familiar with :

1. Willy Wonka

Willy Wonka  is the character from Charlie and the chocolate factory , written by Roald Dahl . This character is very wise and knows how to deal with children . He owns his own chocolate factory and now is handing over to another child .

 

 

 

 2. Peter pan

This is a character from book peter pan written by James Matthew Barrie . Peter pan is a free spirit  in the never-land  , he takes children to many new adventures. He is a fictional character who is based on to never grow up.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Dorothy

 Dorothy is a  girl from wizard of oz  . She  is on an adventure in the great oz . She is daring , affectionate and brave girl . She helps everyone in the story and wants to go back home .

 

 

 

4. Matilda

She is a five year old girl who is an absolute genius while also having extra ordinary power of shooting energy through eyes and can lift up things in air  like a chalk.

 

 

 

5. Mowgli

Mowgli is from the jungle book . He is raised by a pack of wolves and made friends in jungle like baloo the bear and black panther  . He also has some enemies in the jungle and Sher khan does not  want him in jungle and is after him .

 

 

 

6 . Aslan 

Aslan from Chronicles from Narnia. He is a brave and courageous lion. He is the king above all kings in Narnia. He is kind and strong .

 

 

 

 

 

 7. Harry potter

He is a very famous character . He portrays the traits of honesty , loyalty towards his friends, a strong sense of justice. he is a shy and quiet boy at the Hogwarts .
 

8. Winnie the pooh

He is a sweet and lovely bear who loves honey and his best friends . he is based on childlike character and children easily fall in love with this kind and warm-hearted  bear.
 

9. Alice

 Alice from Alice in the wonderland. She is a little child who goes to a wonderland . She fits through little doors and enters an amazing world. She is able to perfectly represent the through the eyes of a child.
 

 

10. Lorax

Lorax is a fictional character  who speaks for the trees . He cares for environment, plants, animals and earth . He , throughout the story reminds the importance of trees. He is a funny and  lovable characters.
